30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We stand behind our product. If you're not satisfied with TrackQR for any reason, we'll refund your payment within the first 30 days of your initial subscription.
1. Eligibility for Refunds
You are eligible for a full refund if:
- You request a refund within 30 days of your initial purchase
- You are a first-time subscriber (new customer)
- Your account is in good standing (no violations of Terms of Service)
Refunds are NOT available for:
- Subscription renewals after the first billing cycle
- Free plan users (no payment made)
- Accounts terminated due to Terms of Service violations
- Partial month refunds (we do not prorate)
- Requests made after 30 days from initial purchase
2. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:
- Email us at [email protected]
- Include your account email and reason for refund request
- We will process your request within 3-5 business days
3. Refund Processing Time
- Request Review: 1-2 business days
- Paddle Processing: 5-10 business days
- Bank Credit: Varies by financial institution (typically 5-10 business days)
Total time: Approximately 2-3 weeks from request to bank credit.
4. What Happens After a Refund
Once your refund is processed:
- Your subscription will be cancelled immediately
- Dynamic QR codes will stop working
- Access to analytics will be revoked
- Static QR codes generated during your subscription will continue to work
- Your account will be downgraded to Free plan
5. Cancellation Without Refund
You can cancel your subscription at any time without requesting a refund:
- Go to Account Settings → Billing → Cancel Subscription
- Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period
- No refund is issued for the remaining time
- Your account will automatically downgrade to Free plan at period end
6. Annual Subscriptions
Annual subscriptions follow the same 30-day refund policy:
- Full refund available within 30 days of initial purchase
- After 30 days, no refunds are provided
- Annual plans offer significant savings compared to monthly plans
7. Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback.
Chargebacks hurt small businesses and incur fees. We're committed to resolving any issues fairly. If you initiate a chargeback without contacting us first:
- Your account will be immediately suspended
- We will provide evidence to dispute the chargeback
- Future subscriptions may be denied
8. Technical Issues
If you experience technical problems:
- Contact [email protected] immediately
- We will work to resolve issues within 48 hours
- If we cannot resolve the issue, a refund may be granted even outside the 30-day window
9. Free Trial Conversions
If you upgrade from Free to Pro/Business:
- The 30-day refund period starts from your first payment
- All work done during your Free plan period is retained
10. Payment Disputes
All payments are processed through Paddle. For billing inquiries:
- Check your Paddle receipt email
- Contact [email protected] for TrackQR-related questions
- Contact Paddle support for payment processing questions
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new policy.
