TrackQR provides QR code generation, customization, and analytics services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must be at least 18 years old to use our Service
• One person or legal entity may maintain no more than one free account

4. Subscription and Payment

Free Plan:

• Limited to 5 QR codes
• Basic features and analytics
• No payment required

Paid Plans (Pro & Business):

• Billed monthly or annually
• Payments processed securely through Paddle
• Automatic renewal unless cancelled
• Prices subject to change with 30 days notice

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to use TrackQR to:

• Create QR codes linking to illegal, harmful, or malicious content
• Distribute malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Engage in phishing, fraud, or deceptive practices
• Violate intellectual property rights
• Harass, abuse, or harm others
• Spam or send unsolicited communications
• Circumvent rate limits or security measures
• Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization

6. Content Ownership and License

Your Content: You retain ownership of content you input into our Service. You grant us a license to process and display this content to provide the Service.

Our Service: TrackQR retains all rights to the Service, including software, design, and features.

7. QR Codes and Analytics

• Static QR codes remain functional indefinitely
• Dynamic QR codes require an active subscription
• We reserve the right to disable QR codes that violate our policies
• Analytics data is provided "as-is" without guarantees of accuracy

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms of Service
• Engage in fraudulent activity
• Fail to pay subscription fees
• Use the Service in a manner that harms TrackQR or other users

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

• Security against unauthorized access
• Compatibility with all devices or browsers

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TRACKQR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Damages exceeding the amount paid to TrackQR in the past 12 months

You agree to indemnify and hold TrackQR harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
